The memorandum included demands for an end to vote chori, a halt to SIR, and the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar.
Authorities imposed Section 133 BNSS across several areas of Delhi to prohibit unauthorized gatherings and protect public safety.
Gandhi called on youth, opposition parties, and civil society groups to unite and march to the Supreme Court, urging people to 'Daro mat' (don't be afraid).
Gandhi criticized the police crackdown on protesters in Delhi on Saturday, stating that young people had come out peacefully and were beaten by both police and BJP goons.
