Ciryl Gane will defend his heavyweight title against Josh Hokit in the co-main event of UFC 334 on Nov. 14 at Madison Square Garden.
This marks the UFC’s first return to Madison Square Garden since Nov. 15, 2025, when Islam Makhachev defeated Jack Della Maddalena.
Gane, with a record of 14-2, last won a title fight by TKO against Alex Pereira at the White House in Washington.
Hokit, an undefeated fighter with a 10-0 record, will compete in his first main event against Gane.
The co-main event features Kayla Harrison, the bantamweight champion, facing Amanda Nunes, a 23-5 fighter.
Other bouts include Caio Borralho vs. Yousri Belgaroui in middleweight, Uros Medic vs. Kevin Holland in welterweight, and several other divisions with announced matchups.
