Real estate records indicate that the couple previously bought the home for $3.15 million in March 2025. They placed the home for sale on October 16.
The home was listed for sale just over two weeks after the death of their 13-year-old daughter, Fiona.
Chad Lowe's family told TMZ that they are deeply heartbroken by the loss of their beloved Fiona.
