The Brief

  • Four Seasons Bali introduces two new wellness programs at its resorts.
  • Programs combine spa treatments with cultural and natural experiences.
  • Stays are available until March 31, 2027.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has launched a water-inspired wellness program at its two Bali properties, integrating spa treatments with mindfulness, cultural traditions, and natural experiences.

The Season of Sacred Water is available at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay and Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan, with stays bookable until 31 March 2027.

The program draws on the cultural significance of water in Bali, including traditional purification ceremonies and subak irrigation systems that support rice terraces.

Two distinct wellness packages have been developed, each reflecting the unique setting and character of its respective resort.

At Jimbaran Bay, the Tides of Renewal program focuses on mindful movement and sound-based treatments, including Hatha yoga, bamboo stretching, and the Suara Jimbaran ritual at the Healing Village Spa.

The treatment combines ocean and Balinese gong sounds with a glass stone massage and a hydrating facial using rose and sandalwood.

At Sayan, the Flow into Stillness program centers on reflection and deep rest, featuring a Life Talk with wellness mentor Ibu Fera and her signature Sacred Nap in suspended silk hammocks.

Guests also receive the 120-minute Restu Bumi ritual at the Sacred River Spa, which includes traditional instruments, local herbs, spiritual cleansing, and a warming massage using Indonesian moss agate.

Both packages include breakfast and afternoon tea, with a minimum two-night stay required. Additional experiences are available for separate booking.

The initiative follows Four Seasons' long-standing investment in Balinese-inspired wellness experiences, including the 2024 renovation of the Sacred River Spa at Sayan.
