- Nets are one game behind 10th place in East standings.
The Brooklyn Nets fell to Boston for the fourth straight time to start the 2026-27 season, extending their losing streak.
The Nets showed competitiveness against strong opponents but failed to secure wins in critical moments.
The Nets are currently winless in the Eastern Conference, with no other team in the East without a victory.
Upcoming schedule includes six of the next eight games away from home, adding to the challenge of ending the losing streak.
Despite the struggles, the Nets are still only one game back in the loss column from 10th place in the East, keeping playoff hopes alive.
If the Nets continue to lose, their position in the standings could become increasingly difficult to recover from.
