She also stated she provided approximately $300,000 from her own funds to care for Derrick's children, Chadwick's nephews, as she believed it was in line with Boseman's wishes.
Ledward is seeking to remain in her role as administrator and has expressed concerns about Rubin's appointment, citing 'serious allegations' against him in other cases.
She acknowledges the allegations may not be true but argues they should be investigated before Rubin is appointed, and she is prepared to take the matter to court.
