Al-Hilal's Brazilian winger, Gabriel Martinelli, will miss Tuesday's AFC Champions League Elite match against Shabab Al-Ahli due to ongoing hamstring injury rehabilitation.
According to Saudi newspaper Arriyadiyah, Martinelli is undergoing a recovery program at the club's clinic and is progressing as expected with the treatment plan.
Al-Hilal's official account on X previously stated that Martinelli would require between 10 and 15 days of treatment and rehabilitation following his injury.
Martinelli sustained the muscle injury during Al-Hilal's Saudi Roshn League match against Al-Qadsiah on 23 October.
This absence marks his third missed match since the injury, including games against Al-Shamal of Qatar and Al-Fateh in the Saudi Roshn League.
The club will determine his potential return to training and match action based on his response to the rehabilitation program.
